Urban study and proposal done for the city of Osasco, in the state of São Paulo. There are three major urban elements that cut the city of Osasco in two parts: a river, a railroad and a highway. The city was in desperate need of connection, of transforming the river front, creating mixed use establishments adjacent to these three elements and giving a new life to the central part of Osasco. The material below was prepared for the City of Osasco, presenting the results of a thorough analysis followed by a proposed set of urban parameters with the intention of revitilizing the city, making it more pedestrian friendly and offering new mixed use and leisure options along the river front and downtown.
